Apple Cookie Recipe

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 shredded apples

Cream sugar and margarine. Add in egg and vanilla - mix well. Add flour, powder and soda - mix. Add apples - mix. Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
